When I share this concept with leaders across Corporate America, they almost always smile and admit that this is the state of Leadership Development in more organizations. 

If we are going to rescue Corporate Exhausted Heroes and save the culture of work in America from being about exhaustion, we need our good managers to be developed intentionally through coaching and education..
