Note from the Founder

For two decades, I was the head of learning and development organizations of large multi-billion companies.  As the head of learning, I had to make the tough choice of building a customized leadership development program from scratch with my internal team, or buy a program out of the box that was usually pretty uninspiring to our culture.

I launched Game Plan Leader to marry the best of both worlds.  I create a customized experience through leadership coaching or a leadership development program.  I bring the studies, models and templates that work, as well as your unique corporate cultural attributes, to make the new leadership skills stick!  Your leaders will end with a personalized Game Plan to help them drive success.

The Exhausted Hero Model is a key tool that I use with executive coaching and leadership development programs to create clarity in defining leadership.  This model helps leaders determine their appropriate role:  Strategic Manager, Visionary, or Working Manager.
